Fast forward: After 11 years as a Chartered Accountant, I made the bold decision to walk away from the corporate world to pursue my true calling—helping leaders and organizations create meaningful, measurable change.
Today, I work with a dedicated team to help leaders build habits and cultures that drive results.
I am an ICF-certified coach, the creator of the Empowered to Lead (ETL) program, and the co-creator of the Strategic Culture Integration (SCI) project.
